According to the announcement, Ask Wire won Gold in the categories “Best Use of AI/Data for Business Transformation” and “Best Use of Data Analytics.” In the latter category, it also received a Platinum recognition for its performance compared with other award-winning companies.

The distinctions relate to the real-world application of AI and data in the real estate sector, where decisions have often been based on limited or delayed information. Ask Wire was cited for the automatic integration and enrichment of real estate data from tens of thousands of actual transactions.
The company also continuously monitors all new construction projects in Cyprus and Greece, and produces automated valuation and evaluation reports used by market professionals.

Beyond the awards, the distinctions highlighted a structural weakness affecting the Cypriot and Greek real estate markets, including a lack of transparency and timely, reliable information.
In practice, actual transaction data can become available with a delay of several months, while property advertisements frequently include multiple listings for the same asset. As a result, supply can be distorted and prices do not always reflect real demand.
