Nicosia, Cyprus. The Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company said on Monday that its board of directors will meet on August 3, 2026, to review the financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The board will also consider the declaration and payment of an interim dividend.
Results publication schedule
The company said the financial results will be released on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, before the opening of trading on Euronext Athens and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
Updated financial calendar
Bank of Cyprus also issued an updated 2026 financial calendar confirming the amended publication date for the first-half results. The calendar lists Tuesday, August 4, 2026, for the first-half financial results and an accompanying analysts briefing.
Nine-month results date
The company set Monday, November 9, 2026, for the release of its nine-month financial results and the subsequent analysts briefing.
Trading and notification
The bank said all announcements regarding financial performance will be published before the start of trading on Euronext Athens and the Cyprus Stock Exchange. It added that the analysts briefings are expected to take place later on the same day as the respective results announcements.
Possible changes
Bank of Cyprus said it reserves the right to amend these dates, provided that it gives relevant and timely notification to the public.
