Board review and publication of audited results
The bank said its board of directors will meet on March 30, 2026, to examine the audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group. The audited financial results will be announced on March 31, 2026 before market open, with disclosures to the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange. The bank also said the final FY2025 financial results and annual financial report 2025 will be published on March 31, 2026, reflecting an amended publication date.
2026 results announcements and analysts briefings
Bank of Cyprus said the first quarter 2026 financial results and analysts briefing will take place on May 11, 2026. The updated calendar also includes the first half 2026 financial results and analysts briefing on August 3, 2026, followed by the nine-month results later in the year.
Annual general meeting and dividend timetable
The bank said the annual general meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2026, where shareholders will consider key matters including dividend approval. The ex-dividend date is set for May 25, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting, followed by the dividend record date on May 26, 2026. The bank said the dividend payment date is scheduled for June 24, 2026, pending approval of the proposed final dividend for the 2025 financial year.
