Nicosia, Cyprus. New research by Pulse Market Research indicates that property searches in Cyprus have shifted fully online, with Bazaraki leading the island’s real-estate marketplace. The findings are based on a survey conducted in November 2025.
Survey findings
Pulse Market Research said the survey was conducted with a sample of 1,000 people across Cyprus and found Bazaraki to be the most recognised, trusted and used real-estate marketplace on the island.
Real estate remains a priority
The research found that real estate continues to be a major life decision for most Cypriots and foreign expats in Cyprus, and said demand is expected to remain strong in the years ahead.
Platform choice for buying, renting and selling
According to the research, Bazaraki is the top choice for real-estate websites and mobile apps in Cyprus for selling, renting or buying property.
Scale, audience and enquiries
The research attributed Bazaraki’s leading position to its scale and performance, citing a wide selection of properties and access to the largest active audience in Cyprus, which it said results in genuine enquiries and demand.
Digital role in the market
The research said that as property demand remains high and digital platforms shape the real-estate sector, Bazaraki has influenced how people search for property online and how the industry connects buyers, sellers and agents.
