Nicosia, Cyprus. The Central Bank of Cyprus issued a public notice on Thursday advising people and businesses that banks will be closed on two upcoming national holidays.
Holiday closure dates
The Central Bank of Cyprus said the first closure will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in observance of Greek Independence Day. Banks will close again on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, to mark Cyprus National Day.
