CYFA delegation promotes Cyprus services sector at Cyprus–India summit in Mumbai

Mumbai, India. A delegation of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association (CYFA) promoted Cyprus’ administrative and corporate services sector this week at the Cyprus – India Business and Investment Summit 2026. The summit was held in Mumbai.


Summit focus and CYFA objectives

The conference is regarded as one of the key international platforms aimed at deepening economic and investment ties between Cyprus and India.

According to a CYFA announcement, the association’s participation focused on positioning Cyprus as an international business and investment centre, while showcasing the administrative and corporate services sector.

CYFA said it also sought to promote its members, their services and expertise to an international audience, alongside Cyprus’ broader institutional and regulatory framework.

Meetings and cooperation plans

The announcement said that through targeted business meetings and networking activities, CYFA aims to strengthen the international profile of its members and underline their role in administrative and professional services.

It added that the association is looking to open new avenues for cooperation with business and institutional counterparts from India and other markets.

CYFA director’s comments

Commenting on the association’s presence at the summit, CYFA director Christoforos Ioannou said that “these initiatives are part of our long-standing goals” and that they provide “the opportunity to have meetings with important players in the international economy”.

Ioannou said the aim is “to promote both the services of our members and the Cypriot economy”.
