Limassol, Cyprus. The Cyprus Red Cross on Tuesday announced the launch of a temporary children’s activity centre to assist families impacted by evacuations and school closures in Limassol.
Location and eligibility
The centre will be hosted at the Stella Souliotis children’s therapeutic centre in Polemidia and will serve children aged 3 to 11. Parents or guardians must accompany children under the age of six.
Operating hours and purpose
The centre will run daily from 9am to 2pm, offering care for children from communities affected by the Akrotiri drone strike. The initiative aims to provide a safe and supportive environment and to enhance children’s psychosocial wellbeing.
Activities and registration
