Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange on Wednesday announced the listing of 1,440,000 additional ordinary shares of Solidus Securities, each with a nominal value of €1.00. The new shares are scheduled to begin official trading on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Share listing details
The listing was carried out in accordance with Article 58(1) of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law. It also includes the simultaneous registration of the shares in the Central Depository and Registry.
Issue and distribution
The new shares were issued following the capitalisation of earnings and were distributed free of charge to existing shareholders. The distribution was made at a ratio of four new shares for every ten shares held by current investors.
Updated share capital
These additional shares will be incorporated into the company’s existing listed share capital. Following their inclusion, the total issued share capital of Solidus Securities will increase to 5,040,000 shares.
