Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange council announced that it has removed the special marking from the shares of Globalwealth Group Plc listed on the Emerging Companies Market. The change will take effect in the exchange’s trading tables and price bulletins from July 13, 2026.
Review and decision
The decision followed a review of the annual financial report and the independent auditor findings for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
Regulatory basis
The exchange said the conclusion was reached in accordance with paragraph 2.2.7 of directive KDP 379/2014, as amended, after the reasons that had led to the imposition of the mark were eliminated.
