Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange on Tuesday updated the trading status of several listed companies after reviewing independent auditor reports for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. The exchange retained the (S) warning marker for four issuers and decided to remove one of the reasons for the marker on Regallia Holdings and Investments Public Company Ltd.
Retained warning marker
Acting under paragraph 2.2.6 of regulatory decision KDP 379/2014, the council of the exchange decided to retain the (S) warning marker for four issuers.
The companies are Philoktimatiki Public Ltd, Display Art Plc, Unifast Finance and Investments Public Company Ltd, and Chris Joannou Public Limited.
These companies will continue to appear with the (S) marker in trading tables and price bulletins on the Alternative Market because of material uncertainty regarding their ability to continue as a going concern.
Regallia decision
Separately, the council decided under paragraph 2.2.7 of the same regulation to remove the (S) marker from the shares of Regallia Holdings and Investments Public Company Ltd in relation to the specific issue that originally led to its application.
The decision followed the auditor report for the year ended December 31, 2025, which indicated that this issue has been resolved.
However, the exchange said the (S) marker will remain on the shares of Regallia Holdings and Investments Public Company Ltd for a different reason.
Market capitalisation requirement
According to the exchange, the company has failed to comply with the continuous obligation to maintain the required minimum market capitalisation for its listed securities.
The council said it will remove the (S) marker from trading tables and price bulletins for the issuers only after verifying that all reasons for the initial inclusion of the warning no longer exist.
