Cyprus University of Technology tenders dormitory management as Eurobank and Bank of Cyprus issue updates

Limassol, Cyprus. The Cyprus University of Technology (Tepak) said it expects to welcome its first students to new dormitories in the Berengaria area of Kato Polemidia in September, following completion of the first phase by June 30, 2026. The university has launched a tender for integrated management and operation of the residences to enable leasing of the initial 154 beds.


Tepak launches tender for residence management

To enable the leasing of the initial 154 beds, Tepak launched a tender through the electronic procurement system for the integrated management and operation of the student residences.

The contract has an estimated value of €3.012 million, with bids accepted until March 27 at 12.00.

The contract covers full operational management of the student residences in Limassol for three years, with the right of renewal for an additional two years, a renewal the contractor would be obliged to accept.

Bank of Cyprus updates 2026 financial calendar

Bank of Cyprus (BoC) released an updated financial calendar for 2026, including dates related to its proposed dividend distribution.

BoC said the revised calendar includes key reporting dates and shareholder events throughout the year.
