The first purchase involved 870 shares, the second 238 shares, and the third 438 shares. All three purchases were executed at the same price of €1.66 per share.
Execution and authorisation
These actions were carried out through the Cyprus Investment & Securities Corp Ltd (CISCO). The programme is being implemented under the authorisation of the annual general meeting held on June 24, 2025.
