Athens, Greece. Eurobank S.A. said it repurchased 1,907,008 own shares between March 16 and March 20, 2026, under its ongoing share buyback programme. The bank said the shares were bought on the Athens Stock Exchange at an average price of €3.4331 per share, for a total cost of €6,546,941.38.
Programme background
Eurobank said the buyback programme commenced following an announcement on December 12, 2025, and was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on October 22, 2025, in line with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018. It said the programme continues a previous programme by Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A.
