Athens, Greece. Eurobank S.A. said it repurchased 1,837,451 of its own shares between March 23, 2026 and March 27, 2026 under its ongoing share buyback programme. The bank said the shares were repurchased on the Athens Stock Exchange at an overall average price of €3.2974 per share.

Eurobank said the total cost of the transactions amounted to €6,058,844.39. The purchases were executed through its member firm Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A.
Daily repurchases
On March 23, 2026, the bank acquired 462,700 shares for €1,546,845.93 at an average price of €3.3431, with a high of €3.4550 and a low of €3.1800.
On March 24, 2026, it purchased 393,694 shares for €1,310,508.44 at an average price of €3.3287, with a high of €3.3700 and a low of €3.2930.
On March 26, 2026, the bank bought 415,085 shares for €1,366,967.12 at an average price of €3.2932, with a high of €3.3310 and a low of €3.2470.
On March 27, 2026, it acquired 565,972 shares for €1,834,522.90 at an average price of €3.2414, with a high of €3.2910 and a low of €3.1990.
Shares held after the buyback
Following the transactions, Eurobank said it holds a total of 27,401,541 own shares.
