Arrests during overnight operations
Police said four people were arrested, including one for failing to appear in court, two for illegal residence, and one for drink driving with an alcotest indication of 125μg instead of 22μg.
Traffic checks and offences recorded
Officers checked 603 drivers and passengers and filed 265 reports for various offences, including 74 for speeding and seven for drink driving. Police also impounded 18 vehicles.
Establishment raids
Police raided 34 establishments as part of efforts to clamp down on delinquency and filed three reports.
