Nicosia, Cyprus. Globalwealth Group PLC will see 3,621,164 ordinary shares admitted to trading on the Cyprus Stock Exchange on August 7, 2026, following an announcement by the exchange.
Share issue
The shares have a nominal value of €0.001 each and were issued and allotted through a private placement to interested investors.
Registration and trading
The shares will be entered simultaneously into the Cyprus Stock Exchange central securities depository and registry, in accordance with relevant Cyprus securities legislation.
The new shares will be incorporated into the company’s existing listed share capital, increasing the total number of shares to 101,894,497.
Trading in the shares is scheduled to begin on Friday, August 7, 2026.
