Jerusalem, Israel. U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth told Israel to “keep going until the end” and said the United States stood with Israel, Israel’s defence ministry said on Thursday. The comments were made during overnight talks with Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz, the ministry said.

Israel’s defence ministry said Hegseth delivered the message in overnight discussions with Katz and reaffirmed U.S. support for Israel.
U.S. assistance cited
According to the ministry, Katz thanked Hegseth for extensive U.S. assistance in defending Israeli citizens against what it described as the Iranian missile threat.
