Monday forecast

Temperatures are forecast to reach 31 degrees Celsius on the west coast, 34 degrees Celsius on the remaining coasts and 30 degrees Celsius in the mountains.

Overnight conditions

Skies will remain largely clear overnight, with low cloud cover in some areas. Temperatures are expected to fall to 21 degrees Celsius inland, 23 degrees Celsius on the coasts and 18 degrees Celsius in the mountains.

Outlook

Conditions are expected to remain largely unchanged on Tuesday. Increased cloud cover is forecast for Wednesday and Thursday, while temperatures are expected to remain broadly stable over the next few days.
