Nicosia, Cyprus. The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) held its annual mentor programme training session, led by trainer Marilena Shakalli Maroudia. ICPAC said the programme, launched in 2019, now hosts 24 mentors.
Programme scope and eligibility
ICPAC said the ICPAC Mentor Programme is offered free of charge to members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and members of the ICPAC CFO Society.
Support and resources for participants
According to the institute, the programme provides participants with experienced, practical and continuous support in new professional endeavours. Participants also receive access to a knowledge base and information resources from experienced mentors.
Skills development and professional outcomes
ICPAC said participants can learn to manage urgent and critical professional situations more effectively and improve communication and collaboration skills within their professional environment. The institute added that the programme aims to increase access and recognition in the market and strengthen confidence and professional development.
