Tehran, Iran. Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei dismissed reports that Iranian munitions had been launched toward Turkey, Cyprus and Azerbaijan in recent days. He said no offensives were initiated from Iranian territory toward those countries.

Claim some incidents may have been staged
Baghaei suggested some of the reported attacks may have been “staged,” saying Iran had warned repeatedly that “the enemy may stage certain attacks to drive a wedge between us and other countries.”
