Nicosia, Cyprus. Cypriot beverage maker KEO plc said its board of directors will meet on April 29, 2026 to review the group’s audited financial statements and set the date for the next annual general meeting.

The company said the formal session is scheduled to begin at 09:30 a.m. on the final Wednesday of the month.

KEO plc said the primary objective of the meeting is to consider approval of the group accounts for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.
