Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve) has announced a two-day training programme for building managers to strengthen leadership and organisational skills. The programme will take place on May 20 and May 21, 2026.
Programme details
The programme, titled “Building Managers 360 degrees – comprehensive managerial skills,” will be held at the Keve building in Nicosia. Daily teaching hours are scheduled from 08.30 to 16.45.
Language and instruction
The course will be conducted in Greek and led by programme instructor Andri Penta.
Training focus
According to Keve, the training will focus on developing a comprehensive understanding of managerial responsibilities to help participants navigate their professional roles. Topics include the role of the manager, including obligations and expectations within a modern business environment.
Key topics
Participants will receive insights into understanding business operations to align management decisions with organisational goals. The programme will also examine the distinction between management and leadership, address task delegation and assignment, and cover professional appearance and workplace behaviour.
