Long-haul flights will offer hypnotherapy

British Airways

The British Airways will help its passengers to quit smoking and drinking alcohol. On its long-haul flights, the company will offer to its passengers to listen to the recordings of well-known hypnotherapist Mark Bowden.

The travelers will be able to listen to a sequence of five 30-minute audio programs. These will include the recordings about weight loss, how to quit smoking and drinking, force oneself to eat more fruits and vegetables, as well as to see the life in a more positive light.

The management of the company hopes that these recordings will help the passengers to tune into a more healthy lifestyle.
