Larnaca, Cyprus. Lordos Hotels (Holdings) Public Ltd said its board approved the annual report for 2025 and set the date for the company’s annual general meeting. The AGM will be held on June 24, 2026 at 18:00 at the Golden Bay Hotel in Larnaca.
Reports to be presented at AGM
The board approved the management report, the audited consolidated financial statements, and the corporate governance report for 2025, which will be presented for discussion at the meeting.
Dividend proposal and key dates
After reviewing all relevant data, the board decided to propose the payment of a dividend of €0.04 per share, corresponding to 11.76 per cent of the nominal value of the share.
The proposed record date for determining eligible shareholders has been set for July 6, 2026. Transactions completed up to the end of the trading session on July 2, 2026 will be included in the register for the record date.
As a result, shares of the company will trade with dividend entitlement until July 2, 2026. From the start of trading on July 3, 2026, the shares will trade without dividend entitlement.
Eligible beneficiaries will also include investors who have completed over-the-counter transactions that have been registered in the Central Securities Depository system by the record date.
Payment date
The proposed dividend payment date has been set for July 15, 2026, with the exact dispatch date to be announced at a later stage.
