Nicosia, Cyprus. Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc has announced that its board of directors will convene the company’s annual general meeting on July 30, 2026. Shareholders will review the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports.

The company said the relevant documents, including the notice of the meeting and the instrument for appointing a proxy, are available on the Cyprus Stock Exchange website.
Copies of these materials can also be obtained free of charge from the company’s registered office or by submitting a request by email to the firm’s legal representative.
Agenda items
The agenda includes several ordinary resolutions, including the receipt of the audited accounts and the formal re-appointment of Deloitte as the company’s auditors.
Shareholders will also consider the re-election of directors Kypros Hadjistyllis and Siphamandla Joseph Mbonane, who are retiring in accordance with the articles of association and have offered themselves for re-election.
Additional resolutions
The board will also seek to ratify and approve all decisions and actions taken by the directors since the conclusion of the previous annual general meeting.
The meeting will also give shareholders the opportunity to vote on any other business proposed as an ordinary or special resolution.
