Kuwait reports child killed by falling debris

An 11-year-old girl was killed in Kuwait when debris fell in a residential area after the interception of what authorities described as “hostile aerial targets,” the state-run Kuwait News Agency reported.

Lebanon health ministry reports deaths south of Beirut

At least six people were killed in Israeli bombardments in two towns south of Beirut, Lebanon’s health ministry said in a preliminary toll issued during the early hours of Wednesday. The ministry said “attacks by the Israeli enemy on the areas of Aramoun and Saadiyat” left six people dead and eight others injured, according to an initial casualty count.

Report of strike in Baalbek

The National News Agency reported that Israeli aircraft bombed a four-storey building in the eastern city of Baalbek, causing an unspecified number of casualties. It said rescue teams were attempting to pull victims, alive or dead, from the rubble.
