The new ambulance mobile application is starting to work today in Larnaca.
It can be downloaded for free at any mobile phone and it will let the user to contact the emergency services at the touch of a button. Then the SOS button is pressed, the EMS will receive the location of the person in distress.
After one month, the app will be available in Paphos and from the 15th of November in Limassol. Currently the number of required EMS staff is being evaluated.
