Nicos Anastasiades went to Greece to consult with Tsipras

Due to the fact that Greece is acting as the guarantor of stability, security and territorial integrity of the Republic of Cyprus for 50 years now, President Nicos Anastasiades decided to arrange a consultation with his Greek colleagues.

During the meeting with the President and Prime-Minister of Greece, the issues of borders of the future federation were discussed. Alexis Tsipras said that his government supports Anastasiades and believes that the fair  and viable resolution of the Cyprus problem will be withdrawal of the Turkish troops.

The new round of negotiations on the Cyprus problems will start on Sunday in Geneva.
