Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Noatum CSM has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with GP General Procurement Company Limited, known as GenPro, to support sourcing and supply activities across its managed fleet.
Framework for sourcing and supply support
Noatum CSM, a ship management joint venture established between AD Ports Group and Columbia Group, said the agreement establishes a structured commercial framework under which GenPro will support it through its supplier network, framework contracts and governance processes.
Purchasing, oversight and compliance objectives
The collaboration is intended to streamline purchasing structures, strengthen supplier oversight and ensure closer alignment with regulatory, compliance and sustainability requirements across fleet operations. Noatum CSM will also gain access to GenPro’s contractually compliant supplier ecosystem.
Operational scope and expected outcomes
The agreement is expected to enable consolidated purchasing structures, facilitate market benchmarking and improve transparency across supply activities. The scope also includes digital tools and specialist support services aimed at operational efficiency, cost visibility and tighter control across key spend categories, including lubricants.
Governance and accountability
The collaboration includes governance and accountability structures, with auditable processes embedded in the framework to support ESG alignment, enhance supply chain resilience and reinforce regulatory compliance.
