Online platform opens for proposed Pancyprian Cooperative Bank share purchases

Nicosia, Cyprus. The Pancyprian Cooperative Society for Participation and Promotion of Cooperativism will launch an online platform on July 22, 2026, allowing eligible citizens to buy shares in the participation company established to create the proposed Pancyprian Cooperative Bank.

The public offering will run until November 17, 2026, covering up to 42 million new shares with a nominal value of €1 each.

Share purchase platform

The platform, available at shares.pccpc.cy, will allow eligible citizens to become members by purchasing shares in the participation company.

The minimum investment is 100 shares, priced at €1 per share.

Payment arrangements

Payments of up to €10,000 may be made by bank card through JCC and will be transferred to a dedicated bank account at the Bank of Cyprus.

Investments exceeding €10,000 must be paid by bank transfer after investors contact the issuer’s support team.

Prospectus and offering terms

The organisation urged prospective investors to review the approved prospectus and public offering terms before making an investment decision, including the potential risks and benefits of purchasing shares.

It said approval of the prospectus by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission should not be interpreted as approval or endorsement of the shares offered.

Capital raising initiative

The share sale is part of a broader initiative to establish a new Pancyprian Cooperative Bank, following CySEC’s approval of the prospectus earlier this month.

The participation company will serve as the investment vehicle through which citizens and organisations can invest in the proposed bank.
