Petrolina Holdings sets annual general meeting for June 18, 2026

Nicosia, Cyprus. Petrolina Holdings Public Limited has announced that it will hold its annual general meeting on June 18, 2026, to review its yearly performance and seek shareholder approvals on several governance matters.


Annual report and financial statements

The agenda includes examination of the annual report for the 2025 financial year, including the management report, the corporate governance statement and the consolidated financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2025.

Board, remuneration and audit committee matters

Shareholders will vote on the election of members of the board of directors and on the remuneration report for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, submitted under the Law on the Encouragement of Long-Term Shareholder Engagement of 2021.

They will also decide on remuneration for the members of the board of directors for their upcoming service and on the selection of individuals to serve on the audit committee.

Auditors and other business

The meeting will consider a resolution on the reappointment of the independent auditors and a proposal to authorize the board of directors to determine their remuneration for the 2026 financial year.

Shareholders may also transact any other general business that may be lawfully brought before the meeting in accordance with the company’s regulations.

Company secretary George Agonas issued the formal notice on behalf of the board of directors. The annual report, corporate governance information, financial statements and policies on director remuneration are available on the company website.
