Latsi, Cyprus. The municipality of Polis Chrysochous will hold its 11th Fish Festival at Latsi Harbour on Saturday, featuring seafood dishes, live cooking demonstrations, music, and family activities from 11am to 7pm.

The municipality said the festival has become an annual spring tradition for the local community, bringing together fishermen, chefs, visitors and children for a day at the harbour in Polis Chrysochou, Paphos.
Seafood dishes and cooking demonstrations
Organisers said fish dishes will be served in several ways, including fried and grilled, as well as with lemon and olive oil, and alongside potatoes, vegetables and other side dishes. A live radio link with Zenith FM is scheduled to open the programme, followed by a cooking demonstration of local fish by TV chef Chryso Lefou at 11.30am.
Music, dance and activities
Traditional dances are set for 1.30pm, while live music is planned from 2pm to 6pm. The programme also includes a flyboard water sports show, and a children’s corner with plays, bouncy castles and craft workshops.
