Potentially dangerous children goods will be inspected in Cyprus

Around 14 various children products, including toys and carnival costumes were named among potentially dangerous. According to RAPEX, all these goods can be dangerous for children’s health and should be withdrawn.

The main reason for that is the abundance of small parts, which can be swallowed by children and can lead to strangulation. Carnival consumes made of flammable materials and soap bubbles, which can be contaminated with dangerous microorganisms (mesophiles) also were included in the list.
