Trump administration sends Tehran 15-point terms to end conflict, Israel media reports

Jerusalem, Israel. The administration of US President Donald Trump has sent Tehran a package of terms aimed at ending the conflict, according to Israel’s Channel 12. The report said the plan includes 15 points combining demands on Iran with possible incentives, including the lifting of sanctions.

Channel 12 report outlines conditions and incentives

The US government has outlined a total of 15 conditions as a basis for ending the war, a point Trump stressed in remarks on Sunday, Channel 12 reported. According to the report, the terms appear to cover the full range of strategic objectives of the United States and Israel in the context of the conflict.

The report outlines 14 of the 15 points of the demands and incentives said to have been conveyed to Tehran by Washington, citing a Western source.

Israeli concerns over a rapid framework agreement

The Israeli network said there is concern in Jerusalem that Trump and his advisers are seeking a rapid “framework agreement, an agreement in principle” with Iran, rather than requiring full compliance with the specific demands before ending hostilities.

Channel 12 reported that a quick and vague agreement in principle is causing serious concern within Israel’s political and military leadership, citing the risk that Iran could end up in an advantageous position if the conflict ends before the terms are fully finalised.

“There is concern that Trump will decide to close a deal and end the war even if only some of his demands are met, postponing the rest for later without a clear solution,” a second Israeli source said.

Role of Trump aides and proposed ceasefire framework

According to three sources familiar with the details, close aides to the President, including Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, have shaped a process that предусматривает a one-month ceasefire during which both sides would negotiate a 15-point agreement, based on the model of previous deals brokered by the Trump administration in Gaza and Lebanon.

Witkoff assessment and reported uranium concession

According to US and Israeli sources cited by Axios, US envoy Steve Witkoff told Trump that the Iranians had agreed to several key points, including abandoning their stockpile of highly enriched uranium. Axios reported that it remains unclear whether any official in Tehran has formally accepted this demand.

Trump said on Sunday that there had been significant convergence on many aspects of a potential agreement as part of indirect negotiations with a key Iranian interlocutor.

Plan shared with Israel

The report said the US shared the 15-point plan with Israel, which aligns with its positions, but an Israeli official said Israel remains cautious over whether Iran will accept all of Trump’s demands.
