University of Nicosia will accept refugee students

The agreement was signed between University of Nicosia and UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR). The University will guarantee migrants the access to the higher education.

Now a special scholarship scheme is available in University of Nicosia for refugees, as well as distant study programmes for migrants al over the world.  Graduates will also have a chance to apply for internship programmes in the UN.

Different seminars and research studies on migration will be carried regularly by the University as part of the agreement.
