The assistant of the US Secretary of State on the matters of Europe and Eurasia Mrs. Victoria Nuland has acknowledged the progress in negotiation about the Cyprus problem. She said to the journalists what she had a very good meeting with President Anastasiades and he provided to her an inspiring report on the meeting of the two leaders.
Noland also pointed out that US investments to Cyprus have increased by 7 times over the last two years.
Furthermore, she congratulated Mr. Anastasides with the fact that Cyprus is ready to withdraw from the financial help programme provided by the IMF.
