Women in Cyprus are taking less managing positions

According to the European statistical data, in Cyprus, Italy and Germany on 22% of the managing positions are taken by women. However overall result across the EU is 13% higher.

The most female managers are in Bulgaria, Poland and Ireland. And only one EU Member state can boast that majority of managers are women- it is Latvia with 53%.

It is also worth noting that statistically, women are getting 25% less than men in the same managing positions.
