Agrinio, Greece. Cypriot water skier Andreas Konstantinou won two gold medals at the Panhellenic Water Ski Championship at Lake Stratos in Agrinio from July 10 to 12.

The 17-year-old finished first in both the Under-17 and Open men’s slalom events.


Rankings and previous achievements

Konstantinou’s results moved him to fifth in the European rankings and seventh worldwide in the Under-17 category.

He has competed in water skiing since the age of five and won the Under-14 European title in Spain in 2023.

Konstantinou is set to compete at the European Championship in Greece in August.
