Astarta Holding board recommends withholding 2025 dividend payments

Nicosia, Cyprus. The board of directors of Nicosia-headquartered agro-industrial company Astarta Holding Plc said on Monday that it formally recommends withholding dividend distributions from profits generated during the 2025 financial year. The proposal will be submitted to shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting on June 16, 2026.

Liquidity focus

The company said the decision reflects a focus on preserving liquidity rather than returning cash to investors. It said retaining earnings is necessary to support ongoing investment and operating needs.
