Blue or black pens only at polling stations for parliament elections, officials say

Nicosia, Cyprus. Only blue or black ballpoint pens will be provided at polling stations during the parliament elections, the chief returning officer said on Wednesday. Ballot papers marked with any other colour will be considered invalid.
