Cypriot firms invited to free meetings with German energy companies
Oev will host free one-to-one meetings in Nicosia in October between Cypriot businesses and German energy-sector companies.

Nicosia, Cyprus. Cypriot businesses operating in energy storage, electric mobility and energy technologies are invited to attend free one-to-one meetings with German companies in October to explore commercial partnerships and joint projects.
Meeting schedule and registration
The business-to-business meetings will be held at the offices of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (Oev) on October 13, 15 and 16.
The first session is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, from 1.30pm to 5pm. A second session will take place on Thursday, October 15, from 12.30pm to 4.30pm, followed by a final round on Friday, October 16, from 9am to noon.
Companies interested in participating must register by September 25. Participation is free of charge, and earlier registrations will receive priority when individual meetings are arranged.
German business delegation
According to Oev, the meetings are part of a business delegation to Cyprus organised by the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
The participating German companies are active in energy storage systems, energy management and smart grids, photovoltaics and integrated energy solutions, charging infrastructure and electric mobility, and power converters and energy management systems.
Partnership opportunities
The meetings are intended to allow companies to discuss business needs and proposals directly, exchange technical expertise and explore potential partnerships and joint projects.
Oev said the final meeting schedule will be prepared according to the activities and interests of participating businesses. The initiative comes as energy storage and the modernisation of Cyprus’ electricity network remain priorities for companies seeking to expand renewable energy use and reduce energy costs.
