Annual changes
Restaurants and accommodation services recorded the largest annual increase, rising by 13.3 per cent, followed by transport at 9.8 per cent.
Housing, water, electricity, natural gas and other fuels increased by 6.5 per cent, while recreation, sports and culture rose by 4.4 per cent. Food and non-alcoholic beverages were up 3.8 per cent and educational services increased by 3.2 per cent.

Clothing and footwear recorded the sharpest annual decline, falling by 5.5 per cent. Information and communication prices decreased by 1.6 per cent, while furnishings, home decoration, household equipment and routine home maintenance fell by 0.9 per cent.

Transport recorded the strongest monthly increase between July and August, rising by 5.5 per cent.
