Cyprus Stock Exchange extends trading suspension for four companies over missing financial reports

Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange said it will continue the suspension of trading in the shares of four listed companies following a decision by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. The suspension has been in effect since March 2, 2026 and will remain until compliance, and no later than June 30, 2026.

Companies affected by the suspension

The affected companies are Toxotis Investments Public Ltd, A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Dome Investments Public Company Ltd and Karyes Investments Public Company Ltd.

Regulator’s reason for the request

CySEC requested that the CSE council proceed with the suspension due to the companies’ failure to meet their financial reporting obligations. The exchange said investors are not being provided with the necessary information regarding the companies’ financial position.

Missing reports cited for Toxotis Investments Public Ltd

Toxotis Investments Public Ltd has not published its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2023, or its interim financial report for the period ended June 30, 2024. It has also not released its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2024, or its interim financial report for the period ended June 30, 2025.

Missing reports cited for three other companies

A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Dome Investments Public Company Ltd and Karyes Investments Public Company Ltd have not published their annual financial reports for the year ended December 31, 2024.
