Minerva Insurance approves interim dividend of €0.0003 per share

Nicosia, Cyprus. Minerva Insurance Company Public Ltd announced on Tuesday that its board approved an interim dividend for the 2024 financial year of €0.0003 per share.

Dividend eligibility and payment

Shareholders registered in the company’s shareholders’ register on October 12, 2026, will be entitled to receive the dividend.

The company’s shares will trade ex-dividend from October 9, 2026.

The interim dividend will be paid on November 9, 2026, in accordance with Cyprus Stock Exchange rules and applicable legislation.
