Passenger protest in Domodedovo

Passenger protests in Moscow’s Domodedovo airport were caused by the delays of flights to Cyprus and Turkey. Travelers were stranded at the airport for more than 24 hours and were not provided with water, food or given a possibility to use hotel accomodation.

Angry passengers demanded the airport officials to resolve the situation and initiated a protest. Some of them were taking videos, which were immediately posted on the Internet.

The reason for the long delay of flights is still not clear.
