Police urge caution after dog enters Nicosia-Kokkinotrimithia motorway

Nicosia, Cyprus. Police on Thursday morning urged motorists to exercise caution after a dog entered the motorway between Nicosia and Kokkinotrimithia, near the Pournara migrant reception centre.

Motorway warning

According to police, the dog was moving between the two carriageways while officers were at the scene attempting to contain it.

Motorists were urged to be particularly careful and drive at low speeds in the area.
