ProjectFilms101 will host three consecutive horror screenings at Avenue Garage in Deryneia on Saturday, October 17, starting at 7pm, for audiences aged 18 and over.
Deryneia, Cyprus. ProjectFilms101 will return to Avenue Garage on Saturday, October 17, for a night of three consecutive horror film screenings. The event begins at 7pm and is restricted to audiences aged 18 and over.
Horror Cinema night returns
Following the success of its first Horror Cinema night last year, ProjectFilms101 is returning to the venue with a programme dedicated to horror and cult classics.
The event forms part of October’s Halloween cultural agenda, offering an adult-only alternative to the many seasonal events aimed at children.
Screening programme
The evening opens at 7pm with Blade (1998), an action-horror film featuring bloodthirsty vampires. ProjectFilms101 rates it four out of 10 on its scariness scale.
At 9.30pm, the programme continues with Bodies Bodies Bodies (2022), a mystery-slasher film set during a party on a stormy night. Its whodunnit storyline keeps the culprit’s identity uncertain until the final moments.
The final screening will be a secret horror film, with its title remaining undisclosed. ProjectFilms101 rates it nine out of 10 for scariness, with horror, mystery and disturbing storylines.
Event details
The three screenings will take place at Avenue Garage in Deryneia on October 17, beginning at 7pm. Further information is available at www.projectfilms101.com.
