Nicosia, Cyprus. Taxpayers seeking to register or change the bank account used for Tax Department payments must submit requests exclusively through the Tax For All platform from October 5. Requests submitted by email will no longer be accepted.

New submission procedure

Taxpayers must access the Tax For All (TFA) portal using their CY Login credentials and submit a completed T.D. 2008 form together with an IBAN certificate issued by their bank.

The Tax Department said the bank account must be held in the name of the person or entity entitled to receive the payment.

From October 5, IBAN registration or amendment requests submitted without first signing in through CY Login, including those sent by email, will be rejected.

Digital tax services

The measure forms part of the Tax Department’s broader transition to Tax For All as its main digital service platform.

The platform allows taxpayers to submit returns, view tax accounts, request certificates, update registration details and communicate securely with the department. CY Login access was added to TFA in August 2025, enabling taxpayers to use credentials previously associated with the government’s Ariadne service.

Limited exception

Entities unable to obtain CY Login because they cannot be identified through the system may submit requests through TFA without signing in through CY Login.

They must complete and sign the T.D. 2008-S form and attach an IBAN confirmation issued by their bank. The exception does not apply to businesses or other entities eligible for CY Login that have not registered for the service.

Under the exceptional procedure, the signed form must be scanned and submitted through TFA as a new message together with the bank certificate.

Technical support

Taxpayers unable to access their accounts may contact the Tax For All technical support centre on 17700. The department said the line provides technical assistance and not tax advice.
