Police arrested the motorcycle rider at the scene and later located and arrested the second suspect.

Further examinations found that the motorcycle ridden by one of the suspects had been reported stolen on August 30.
Both suspects appeared before Nicosia district court on Wednesday morning and were remanded in custody for eight days.
Hospital treatment
The 30-year-old and his 32-year-old relative were taken to Nicosia general hospital.
The 32-year-old was found to have injuries to his chest and leg and remains hospitalised for further treatment. He is considered to be out of danger.
