Mainly clear weather forecast with isolated rain and storms

Nicosia, Cyprus. The weather will be mainly clear tomorrow, with increased local cloudiness and isolated rain or a short storm possible in mountainous areas and, possibly, inland.

Temperature and winds

Morning winds will blow at around 3 Beaufort before becoming weak to moderate, at 3 to 4 Beaufort, from southwest to northwest. During the afternoon, winds will temporarily become southwesterly at 4 to 5 Beaufort.

Temperatures are expected to reach 40 degrees Celsius inland, 32 degrees on the west and southwest coasts, 34 degrees on the remaining coasts and 30 degrees in mountainous areas.

Night conditions

The weather will remain mainly clear overnight, with increased low cloud mainly along the coasts. Light fog or mist is expected to form later in the night and during the early morning, mainly in eastern and inland areas.

Winds will blow at 3 to 4 Beaufort before gradually weakening to around 3 Beaufort. The sea will remain calm to slight.

Friday is expected to be mainly clear. Saturday will be mainly cloudy, with local rain and isolated storms forecast, while temperatures are expected to fall below average levels.

Sunday is expected to be mainly clear, with a chance of isolated rain and possible storms, mainly in mountainous areas.
